It took alot of hard work and discipline. That’s the key with Osteitis Pubis or any injury you have. You must take control of the situation and do your rehab repetitively and consistently.

In today’s post we will show you some of the key exercises he used in his rehab. The exercises below were used in the early stages but he maintained them throughout the whole journey.

HIP FLEXOR ISOMETRIC HOLD

HIP HIKE

SINGLE LEG GLUTE BRIDGE ON BENCH

BAND RESISTED DEADBUG

IF NOTHING CHANGES NOTHING CHANGES!!

So resting, stretching, foam rolling etc won’t be enough to help you overcome Osteitis Pubis, you have to put the time and effort in with the exercises above.
