Vestibular Rehabilitation is a specific type of physiotherapy used to treat problems of the inner ear associated with poor balance, vertigo and dizziness.
The goal of treatment is to minimize dizziness, improve balance, and prevent falls by restoring normal function of the vestibular system.
Your first session here at Physio Performance will include a full balance assessment to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Your personalised treatment plan will be designed based upon the findings in the initial assessment.
Treatment will include specialised techniques to manage your diagnosis and a fully tailored exercise programme to help settle down the vestibular system, reducing symptoms and helping you get back on track to live your daily life.
